Each of us, regardless of age, always feels the anticipation of Christmas magic every year. We try to surprise our relatives, furnish the house, and cook the tastiest dishes.
At this festive time, we suggest that you remember those who also deserve care and attention, namely our fluffy friends.
The full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine brings a lot of grief not only to people, but also to our pets. A huge number of cats and dogs have been left without owners and pets of internally displaced persons (IDPs) also need our support as their owners have lost everything — their home, job and belongings.
At the U-Hearts Foundation, we perfectly understand the situation the animals of Ukraine found themselves in because, since February 24, we have been helping the Save Pets of Ukraine initiative. Together we managed to transfer more than 500 tons of pet food to help more than 40,000 cats and 70,000 dogs.
Thanks to the Save Pets of Ukraine initiative by U-Hearts Foundation and our partners, Ukrainian animals are being provided food and essential supplies but with the war ongoing, and extra help is needed. With Christmas around the corner, now is the pawfect time to make a difference to the animals that need it most.
